Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any booking will only be accepted in writing. In the event of a cancellation more than 21 days before the reservation, all monies paid less deposit will be returned to the guest. In the event of a cancellation less than 14 days before the reservation the guest will be liable for the whole amount of the booking. The Old Farmhouse will make every attempt to re-let the accommodation and if successful will refund all monies.

The booking contract shall be made between the guest and the property owner Mrs. Jane Mitchell. The Old Farmhouse shall have no liability in contract, tort or otherwise for death, injury, or loss to clients except to the extent that such liability is imposed by law and cannot be excluded or restricted. Any dispute or claim against The Old Farmhouse shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English Courts.  All bookings are made on the understanding that the accommodation will be available on the date booked unless the owner is unable to provide the accommodation due to circumstance beyond our control (e.g. damage to property). In those circumstances we will endeavor to provide alternative accommodation. If this is either unacceptable or not possible, all monies received from the client will be returned and the client will have no further claim against the owner or the agents. The Old Farmhouse cannot be held responsible for any problems or delays from circumstances beyond their control such as strikes, postal delays or force majeure.

Errors or Omissions
The information about The Old Farmhouse has been prepared to the best of our ability and we cannot be held responsible for any accidental errors, inaccuracies or omissions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. The Old Farmhouse's owners have made every effort possible to ensure the quality of our establishment.
